PERSONAL TRAINING LESSONS

Cancellations of standard personal training (one on one) should be made 24 hours before the appointment so as not to incur being charged the full fee.

No refunds will be given for Personal Training sessions that have been pre-paid and booked in advance.

You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

FitPerforming Personal Training, must be notified of any health irregularities before commencing the session. In some cases the client maybe required to undergo a medical examination.

Each personal training package has an expiration date on the sessions. Exceptions to this policy include a) extended leave of absence; b) serious medical condition that prohibits physical activity associated in training, physician communication via hospital letter in this situation.

Personal training sessions must be paid in full prior to scheduling your first session (or as arranged with Management). If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to pay all outstanding installments half way through the scheduled package.

Once purchased, your sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), maybe transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
